Jean Berchmas Bolingo

Mr. Bolingo is a senior registered Nurse, Healthcare administrator, Quality Improvement and developmental professional with over 11 years of experience in strengthening health systems and innovative programs that address the needs of populations. He has worked with reputable public and private organizations such as the National Nursing Council of Nurses and Midwives in Rwanda, Ruli High Institute of Nursing and Midwifery School, and the Ministry of Health through NCDs Division, Quality Improvement Unit and Kinihira Provincial Hospital as Director of Nursing and Midwifery Unit. Bolingo Holds a Master’s Degree in Hospital and Healthcare Administration and Quality Improvement (MHA) and he is one of the national quality improvement facilitators as he completed a year facilitation course certified by the Ministry of Health. He has advanced skills in healthcare management, quality improvement and accreditation (patient safety and Quality), management of NCDs, maternal, neonatal, and child health, and health systems strengthening. Bolingo currently works for Health Builders as a Health Management Advisor (HMA) based in Nyabihu District_ Western Province, Rwanda.
