Christi Strauss

Christi Strauss is currently a member of several corporate and not-for-profit boards and she is learning the art of social entrepreneurship. In her corporate roles, Christi had a 25+ year packaged goods career with General Mills (GMI). Her last assignment (from 2006-2012) was as President and CEO of Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW), a 50/50 joint venture between General Mills and Nestlé. In that role, she was based in Switzerland and responsible for a nearly $2 billion global cereal business with 4000 employees and distribution to more than 140 countries. Before that role, she was President of General Mills Canada from 1996-2006. Today, in addition to her role with Health Builders, she is also a board member of George Weston Limited (based in Toronto) and Social Venture Partners Minnesota. She splits her time between Minneapolis, Minnesota and Muskoka Lakes (Canada) and her interests are social entrepreneurship, reading and travel (with a particular focus on Africa).
