Emmanuel Mboneza

Emmanuel Mboneza has more than 20 years of experience working with NGO's in Rwanda, and 15 of them have been with Access Project and then Health Builders. He has worked in other different organizations such as CAMERWA, Africare and ARC as a Driver and has a training certificate in automobile mechanic.
